Derayah REIT Fund is a Shariah-compliant closed-end real estate investment traded fund managed by Derayah Financial. It invests in income-generating real estate assets in Saudi Arabia and distributes quarterly cash dividends of at least 90% of net profits. The fund was approved for listing by the CMA in December 2017 and listed on Tadawul on 26 March 2018; the published fund reports say it held 24–25 properties across six Saudi cities and nine real estate sectors.
