Marafiq is a Saudi public joint-stock company and an integrated utility provider headquartered in Jubail Industrial City. It supplies power, potable water, seawater cooling, wastewater, and gas-related utility services to industrial, commercial, residential, and government customers, mainly in Jubail and Yanbu and also in other industrial cities such as Ras Al Khair and Jazan. Its website states that it was established by Royal Decree M/29 dated 18 October 2000 and that its major shareholders include the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, SABIC, Saudi Aramco, and PIF.
