Its own investor-relations and annual-report materials say it evolved from medium-term industrial project financing into a full-service commercial bank, and that it operates a banking network in Saudi Arabia with subsidiaries including Alistithmar for Financial Securities and Brokerage Company (Alistithmar Capital) and Saudi Investment Real Estate Company.
